How much will the server reopen reset the skill tree of the characters? Or box 95 goes to reset skill?

Sadly, there`s no skill reset/oblivion scroll from lv 94 and 95 Box according to the picture I saw from the other day.

Unless ED will add or remove stuffs in the achievement box.
