Afaik, Day of Destiny was commissioned by Cherry Credits so it is their property. Eyedentity cannot use it now.
(Same with Calderock theme, the previous Saint Haven loading image (art contest winner by CC) and other things).
Well, you can always mute the BGM on System Settings and play Day of Destiny in the background (from YouTube or any music player).
