Can we have something to extract the engraving scroll ??

Same as title, Example I did 2 Unique grade weapon engraving scroll on my weapon....... if there got new costume weapon coming on next patch, can we have something to extract the engraving scroll been used ?

Cmiiw, I remember seeing something like "Engraving Transfer Scroll". It enables you to transfer the engraving from one costume to another.
I can't remember where I read it though. I'll edit this comment once I found out. XD
