put something in the game to where every 5 or 10 dragon eggs you open, you have a 100% success rate at getting a random rare accessory such as necklace,earrings,rings,decal,wings or tails or even weapon coupons on the 5th or 10th egg.

Actually in SEADN/ TDN/ KDN they all have a system where the chance of obtaining a rare item increases as you open eggs. Of course it can't be every 5-6 items. Most of them are 100 eggs + first before you can get a blue/rare item

Yes please, Nexon did not allow us to enjoy the cash shop at all and made it almost impossible to get the full sets, I've never had a full 3x set before. Maybe if Eyedentity would make it so that you spend 60 dollars or 90 dollars you are guaranteed to get your missing pieces and not get the same ones over and over again.
