Be Able to Change the +1 Skill Effect on Cash Weapons

PLEASE!! I want to class change and I really like the look of my weapon, but the +1 skill will become useless if I were to cc..
I wish for Eyedentity to implement a "Change +1 Skill Weapon Scroll" in the cash shop for everyone that wishes to change their +1 skill effect.
