Missing Rune Dragon Mats that I bought from Web Cash Shop

It has been a week!!!. I sent a ticket about the Rune Dragon Wraths and Scales that expired as soon as i re-logged in the game. I have not gotten the materials or a response from support. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Very disappointed, its been over a week since I asked for help and no one has been able to replace them yet but the players who have the "October Hot Deal" issue get their missing items right away. Would appreciate any GM who can actually do something.
