Accidently Signed up again

So, I accidently signed up on the site, instead of logging in. Is there anyway for me to get my account to transfer it from Nexon NA. I submitted a ticket, awaiting their response. It was by complete accident, and its the same email i used for Nexon's.

I did, the thing was, I didnt know we had to log in with out accounts, because I did try and it wouldnt allow me to log in, so i then signed up again, with the same email and then it was basically a new account, my email is the same from NA to here. ._. idk why it allowed me to sign up again because now unless they do something, I have a brand new account and my nexon NA dragonnest progress is all gone.

I know right? It shouldn't have been able to pass the duplicate email thing, other's told me, it would have said my email was already taken. nope, new account.

I also just sign up...SO how do i get my old account back?
