my account blocked for no reason

[Bleach]

My account was blocked for no reason.
and I sent a ticket bout a month ago
and no one from the support team is trying to solve this problem.
All they do is send this request has been moved to another request like this
"(This request was closed and merged into request #367111 "my account still blocked")
