Paypal Problem

So I was going to purchase some cc from the store using my paypal account, all was going well from the user name and password until they showed a message saying
"Sorry, we can't complete your purchase at this time"
I've been trying to do this so many times to no result, still the same message, anyone know how to fix this?

It might sound a bit silly but maybe there are no funds?, you should check your bank account.

Ummm I'm pretty confident that I have funds on my bank account I just deposited some money last week, and it turns out the website is the problem because I tried to do a paypal purchase in steam and it works fine didn't really bought it though i just tried it out.

Anyone? Is there a fix to this i've been frustratingly trying to find a solution for 5 hours now and I can't find a fix
