Accidentally bought EC on a wrong account

Went ahead and loaded some ec on an account that I rarely use, which was logged in to the site at the moment. Is there any way I could transfer it to the account I actually use? Already talked to a GM regarding the problem and haven't heard since. Just posting here for a follow-up. Ticket: DragonNest (NA)

I believe they mention that every EC purchase is not refundable, so i'm afraid you can't. However i think you can use the "Gift" feature to buy something you want for your other account.

The 'Gift' function only works on ET(EYE Total) and does not work using DNP & EC(EYE Credit). The amount loaded was in EC.
