S-Grade Dragonware Chest Bug - Bounded??

I purchased a S-dragon ware chest for 1600C after the world boss in the guideauction. Description said it was unbounded but when I got it, it was bounded. My ID is 1048426072 on NA server. My character's name is Slayerizm. Please help.
