Banned IP

My Ip was banned, but I don't know why, I played this game 1, 2 years ago and when I wanna play again, I discover that my ip was banned. Please, help me.

The NA server has IP blocks for a few regions. Try looking into the Dragon Nest server that serves your location.

Personally, I think ED should considering lifting the IP blocks surrounding the NA servers, it would be beneficial to both them and their playerbase in the long run.
