Cannot purchase pro pack

Hello mods,

I keep trying to purchase a pro pack, but can't because a talisman expansion is still active on my gladiator, Milotian. I've sent in 2 tickets now for Eye/Cherry Credits to deactivate my talisman expansion so that I can buy a pro pack, but nothing has happened for a week now. I think I've been patient enough to warrant posting this forum post. Nexon used to do this for me all the time, and within a day, so I know it's possible to do it. Can my tickets/this message be sent to the right people for this issue to be fixed? I really want to use my glad to the fullest of its abilities.

just wait until your talisman expansion expires, but i agree the respective expansion should just stack on top of whatever you have
