Hi. I have purchased EC via the website. Although it says that I clearly have EC in my account it does not show that I have the EC game. I am sure this is happening because I am a steam user and I did not purchase EC through steam. May I get help?

Same here, I purchased EC on the site using PayPal. The amount I payed for has shown up just like the image you attached but I have not received my EC in-game. My concern is that this would make me ineligible for the rebate event despite purchasing the product within the time period as stated on the website.Discord: Cleats#0717
