  • Purchased EC, but not showing up in-game. Borderline theft.

    Yesterday, at around 12:20 AM EST, I had purchased 30000 EC following steps on the DragonNest website using the PayPal method. However, it has been over 24 hours since the online transaction and I have STILL NOT received my EC in-game. I do not believe this should be happening as I have known other people to have purchases EC this way and received their EC in-game right away or within the hour of purchase. I won't stand for being robbed of my money by this company. I have already sent a support ticket but as of recently, I know that tickets are being completely ignored so I wanted to take my case to the forums as well.

    I swear, this will be the last time I buy EC in many years.

    I have still not received my purchased EC in-game, nor have I gotten a forum message from anyone on the team, NOR have a I gotten a reply email after I have sent my billing support ticket.

      I last logged into Dragon Nest about 3 hours ago and was not surprised to see that my Dragon Vault EC balance was STILL ZERO. Earlier yesterday I had requested for customer support regarding the issue from Xsolla, the third party company that deals with Dragon Nest payments. They replied saying my payment does not belong to their system and suggested I go to the game's customer support. I then checked my inbox and went to the support ticket that I had created with CherryCredits that evening. I was greeted with an error page saying the ticket does not exist. I'm not sure if this means they just flat out closed my ticket.

      My understanding of the situation now is that I have payed for the product and PayPal says the transaction is complete. My bank account balance shows the deduction. However Xsolla says otherwise implying such payment is not found in their system. Did I just pay for a dud? Did I just get robbed?

        Actually, I might just take this issue to PayPal itself and have them help me resolve this. This is actually absurd that I have to go through all this. I've documented all my invoices, the support tickets, and screenshots of my account EC balance on the site as well as in-game with time stamps. I'm fed up with this.

            Even if the number is wrong, I provided clear proof of purchase with the invoices.

          So, after taking it to Paypal has ED decided to reply to me apologizing and all that nonsense also telling me to login to confirm the arrival of the EC.

          I still dont have my EC in my Dragon Vault.
