Purchased EC using the wrong account, am i f*cked?

I wanted to buy $30 worth of EC for my sniper earlier, and accidentally bought it on my level 40 tink that i made a new account for so i could use the free xp boost. I put in a ticket already but haven't yet heard back from them. Is there anything I can do or is it just $30 down the drain. I cant use EC to gift anything so its just stuck on my useless alt. Super depressing.

Edit: Really need an answer to this from someone at EG ASAP. Was thinking that refunding it through my paypal then purchasing the EC on the right account might be my best bet, but I dont want to get any of my accounts needlessly banned.

You cannot get it back or switched to a different account, refunding will also not work.
