    My title is what I need help for but my situation right now is buying the awakenening costume for my cleric.
    After straight up just getting nothing except some error messages i got charged my EC and got no costume.

    Please help me my tickets just been silent the whole time and i really want my costume.
    I thought waiting would maybe solve the issue and they would get back to me but thats not really happening right now.

    If someone could please get back to me about my situation on my costume it would be really nice.
    I waited until the coupon expired in case it would be finished by then.

    I really want my costume but if I can't get it due to your error at least can i have my EC back and some compensation.
    I don't believe its fair that I paid for such inconvenience.

        Ok so I didn't get the updated information and they just closed my ticket. Can I please just get my stuyff please.
        Or do i have to wait another ten days and just have the close my ticket again because thats how my money gets flushed and stolen.
        Also I didn't even get my costume yet.
