Hello! Three days ago I attempted to purchase two leg armors and two costume synthesis tablets. I added all four items to the cart and chose "Purchase All" with my EYE Credit, but received "Invalid Request". (I think that was the message, I no longer remember) At first I had no items, but after relogging I had one leg armor in my inventory. I did received the two tablets and second armor.
A few days prior, I received a similar issue when purchasing a tablet. My client crashed during the purchase of one synthesis tablet, which seemed to result in paying for an item I never received. I let that one slide, I assumed you'd never bother with a ticket over such a small purchase, but now I'm frustrated. :/ It's unacceptable to encounter two billing errors in such a short amount of time.
I did charge more credit to purchase my items (don't judge, I didn't want to wait! I've heard many horror stories about tickets never being answered :/ ) but I'd still like a refund for the items I never received. I'm still willing to let the ONE synthesis tablet slide, since I chose to not submit a ticket when it first happened, but I will pursue the more recent billing error.
The total EC for two tablets and one leg armor was 3,450 EC. (or 4,190 if I included the third missing tablet.) I would prefer a refund for the items, as I have already charged more Credit to purchase the items in question.
