Steam Charging

I play via Steam and when I try to click Charge EC in the Dragon Vault I get a page saying "Sorry for the inconvenience. Page request time out. Please try again." The URL says ChargeError3 at the end. I tried googling this and searching these forums but nobody seems to know a fix other than charging via this website which doesn't exactly help someone who wants to use the money in their Steam wallet to buy EC.

I've already tried logging in and out, re-downloading the game, waiting a while before trying again, nothing seems to work.

Oh this problem happens often, usually it occurs randomly and in time it turns out working. Redownloading probably won't work and sometimes if your internet is at its peek of lagging, the transaction won't go through. That's how I got those errors, due to lag. Other than that I was fine but if this doesn't help sorry.
