Bought 3 sets of egg. Got only 2. Was charged 3 sets.

Before the maintenance for Arch Heretic update on Jan 19, 2017 at 0:50 am, I bought 3 sets of 2016 Christmas Double Egg. Then, I got a pop up saying something like Cannot make a purchase. I checked and I got only 2 sets. However, I was charged 29,900 EYE Credit 3 times, which a total is 89,700 EYE Credit. I have sent multiple reports through 1:1 Inquire. Until this day no words back from the support. 6 more days and it's gonna be month.....I am disappointed thus far.

P.S. til this day I haven't open the 2016 Christmas Double Egg. I'm gonna wait until I get the other set or get my EYE Credit back.
