Meant to buy $50 worth of ec, accidentally bought $500

On the day of the patch April 13th I got distracted on the payment page talking to someone else and wasn't paying attention; I didn't realize this until I logged in game and noticed I had way too much EC; I'd like $450 refund

its been a few days and I sent a ticket but I'd really prefer not to wait
