New Player Purchased Wrong Item

Since people seem to have more luck here posting private billing matters on open forums i will try here too....


I accidentally purchased a playful kitty pet not knowing that it was meant for power and that i needed an ally pet for magic. So, I've already purchased the cute kitty pet, the correct one, and kindly ask that the playful kitty pet is removed from my inventory and my EC is refunded.

I also suggest that all and any EC items can be transferred character to character. Like, if i could transfer it i could just send it to one of my other characters but it's bound.

Hello Again Princess! I think that it would be faster if you submitted a ticket, and then left the Ticket Number here.
It might also help if you message GM DENTITY your Ticket Number, as Ii believe he said that would speed things up too, but the GM's are on Korean Break currently until tomorrow, which explains their lack of responses thus far.

( I would also suggest getting a rare or epic pet it gives much better stats, although the epic one is dreadfully slow to level so most people go for rare ally unless they have the time to grind )

The fox? I bought him for 2 of my characters. I boguth a kitty for another, and the little arnie for my main XD

I advise that you send in a ticket. I've also sent this thread to the manager to take a look at possibly changing your pet.
