Transfer password not working and password reset mails not arriving

Since the support ticket system is nonfunctional currently I can't send a support ticket. Could a support person please contact me as I can't claim my account as the password I entered is not being accepted and reset mails are not being received. I can confirm my account email and character names on the account to help confirm myself.

Got it to work. If anyone submitted a password longer than 10 characters, only enter the first 10. It will work then.
