  • Transfer Issue: 1:1 Inquire Option not functioning

    Hello, I'm a Dragon Nest player that requested for my account information to be transferred from the NEXON hosted server - I have not gotten a verification email. I looked on the forums and see that AOL and Yahoo users are having an issue with the verification process. I've tried using the "1:1 Inquire" option on the "Support" page, but it says my submission has failed and to contact an administrator. The email I used for my forum account here is the same one as the one I requested for the transfer. Please look into this issue in a timely manner, thank you.

    Hello Sylpheed,

    I have a couple friendly suggestions as a fellow DN player.

    Have you tried to set up your Eyedentity account by following the instructions on the help page? A verification email won't be sent until you actually try to log in.

    If you have followed this process, it sounds like step 3 is what you're missing- the gray box in the step 3 bubble is the one that appears in the verification email. I'm using Gmail and the verification email ended up in my spam folder, so try checking there.
