    Account locked ? Help !!!

    someone from support or gm can help me, I had forgotten my password I was logged in I typed the wrong password some time I went to change my password, when I went log in again I added the new password appeared blocked account, someone can help me to unblock or I will have to wait a certain day to be able to log in again
