I have still not received my V.eye.P discount rewards for the September Hot Deal event. I bought V.eye.P on 2 characters, and now the reward is only on one. It's been over 3 weeks, come on GMs. How hard is it to send missing rewards? I'm not the only one here. Lots of people are missing them. You've been auto-closing my related tickets too, what gives?
