Annoying Glow Glitch

Since around July, the bluish glow around my weapons have been glitching and having flashes of black. It's very annoying and distracting. I could just use a mod to remove it, but: 1 I like the glow. 2 I don't lag. 3 It also affects all other glows, from mounts to mercenaries. Does anyone know why I have this in my game?

Are you referring to the Awakening costume?
What graphic card are you using?

No just the +10 and up weapon glows, mercenary glows, and mount glows. Doesn't seem to do it for costume weapons. It only occurs in front of grassy textures.
