main quest A Silvery Kiss is bugged

i just found this bug
my main story line is stucked becouse of this quest
quest : A Silvery Kiss (around lvl 20) where i have to talk to Argenta and she doesnt want to talk to me
pls fix this asap

Ok if you still not find out what to do read this if u already did skip lol , for this quest you need to talk to her outside of town take North exit u will see her there
