No npc loading

hi, i'm new to DN and is experiencing some kind of bug where characters n npc wont load too
i had to ask my friend to create a character for me to be able to play but still i cant even finish the tutorial

It seems like your client is bugged.
Please uninstall, delete all DN related folders and install the latest game client from the official website.

Hi Yaya. I am new too and have strange problem. I creat 2 characters and none of them can t pass tutorial. First 1 ..no damage, no NPC . Second char...have NPC but can t move at all can t use skills. What could be ? I posted in Bug forum too but no answer I hope someone help me. Thank u
