[URGENT] Ray Mechanic Transformation Bug

Description: When Alfredo Frontier (Ray Mechanic's transformation skill) is interrupted during transformation animation, all non-Ride skills (non-Alfredo Frontier skills) are locked even outside of transformation INCLUDING the transformation skill as well.
Reproduction steps:
1. - Volcano Nest, first boss fight against Ruga.
2. - Attempt to transform when he teleports to centre of arena to use Fear.
3. - Fear will interrupt your transformation forcing you back into Ray Mechanic normal state.
Expected result: When transformation is interrupted, to be back in RM form but with all RM skills being usable.
Actual result: When transformation is interrupted, all non-Ride skills are locked including transformation when in RM form.
Temporary Solution (work-around):
- Prior to Oracle Elder update, you could work-around this bug by using the transformation skill again once it was off cooldown. However, now the transformation skill is even locked and the RM is stuck in her normal state for the duration of the stage.
- Dying and reviving fixes this issue but is a very undesirable course of action.

- 0:24s - time stamp of when Fear is used and transformation is interrupted
- From that point, all non-Ride skills are locked.
- 1:53s - showing that even Alfredo Frontier (transformation skill) is locked.
