Dark Avenger transformation freezing the game?

So about 40% of the time when try to use DA's tranformation my game just freezes and i have to shutdown. Anybody know what the problem could be?

Sounds like a memory error or probably your videocard driver. I had a crimson version that made mine pause>goto desktop for a few second's about 3-4 times then crash my game.
