Can’t switch on costume mode

Hi, I have this bug in which I can’t switch into my costumes even after clicking on the blue buttons. Please help (QwQ)

Umm okay, sorry now that I checked with all of my other characters, they don’t seem to be able to switch their costume modes on/off either @-@;;
