Sometimes when sorting backpack or changing equips the first row second slot in the backpack, one or two of the items are unclickable.

Yeah this happens to me as well. The best thing to do right now is to just relog in your character, does your item description not show as well when you scroll over it? -
Nope it doesn't. Yeah relogging helps but I really hope this gets fixed because it was bugged before we all moved over here.That Apple Berry Kid
