Warden's Awakened Swift Shot prevents Cyclone Harpoon from being used

Sometimes, using Awakened Swift Shot and successfully hitting an enemy will cause Cyclone Harpoon to be unusable. While it'll get the yellow outline on the icon as it should, it can't be used at all. Can't press the key, can't right click the icon. It just does nothing and have to wait until the awakened effect wears off to be able to use Cyclone Harpoon (which will then do no damage).

I can't post a video of this because it looks as if it's working normally, and there's no way to see that I'd be mashing that key without it doing nothing. I don't know what causes this, and it's not consistent. Sometimes it happens during an entire fight, sometimes it never happens, sometimes it happens once or twice and then starts working properly.

I can vouch for this. This is actually why I stopped using Warden for a bit until it's fixed because it's SOOOO annoying when you're running dungeons. I actually had the same issue with Guided Missile as well.
