Can Some Managers Look At BUG ?

I've been glitching for no less than 30 hours. Cant hit anything in any dungeon. I tried blue bird in game, sending mail to GM Dentity and Lime, post bug report here and in the topic post. NOT A SINGLE REPLY from Anywhere. This is no different with getting banned only thing I can do is looking at market place LOL. I am really disappointed to this game right now. EYE please take some least response to the players, you are wiping your last pathetic amount of clients
