Bug all character ghost mode !! help

I need help dead in a dugeon and close the game. now I try connected and all my characters are in ghost mode when entering the game I am invisible any solution for this?
I already tried another account and all good but in mine no

when entering the game I can not revive my character is totally invisible ..
what can I do? I can not do anything when entering a portal the game is closed.
