Alright, so this is probably going to be one of my more extensive bug reports due to how much explaining there is with this bug.

So, first off, the classes that are severely effected by the multihit bug are any Warrior, any Paladin, Arch Heretics, and any Lencea. For many skills, if an enemy (of any class) hits an attack with less SAB on an attack from one of the classes I listed while slowed, the attack will hit more times than it should. It will either A, keep hitting until the defending class (the class being hit) has its SA broken, or the animation of the attacker's slowed attack ends. For example, Warrior A is slowed by any skill. Warrior B uses Flying Swing. While still being slow, Warrior A uses Impact Punch on Warrior B while he is using Flying Swing. Instead of just hitting once like it should, Warrior A's Impact Punch will hit 3 times. This happens with many skills for the defending classes as well as many skills for attacking classes. Generally, attacks that are single hit or slowish and multihitting can be effected by the multihit bug when slowed from a debuff. (Projectiles don't seem to utilize the bug). This will happen 100% of the time. It is not a server dependent bug or lag.
Now, I know the classes I listed are negatively effected by the multihit bug due to Light Bringer's Chakra Grip. This skill utilizes the multihit bug without needing a slow debuff. (I believe this is because Chakra Grip is also bugged in a way that makes it slightly slower than it should be or something. When Chakra Grip is slowed, the skill seems to become more slowed than it should be).
However, a special case is the Dancer class (both SD and BD). I found out that 4 of their skills will cause the multihit bug onto any other class, when slowed. These skills are Dusk Hunter, Bladeflip, Mist Caper, and Abolisher. I tested this on Ravens, Adepts, Chaos Mages, and Ice Witches (I don't believe these classes were effected by the multihit bug from Chakra Grip or the multihit bug from regularly putting a slow debuff on someone). I did not, however, test every single class out with every single skill, so I may have missed some.
Also, I've noticed this bug happening in the SEA server as well (only one or two times while spectating some PvP matches). I even managed to record Impact Punch breaking Circle Swing in the SEA server, but that was through Twitch so the quality isn't great (and I'm being silly in the clip). So, I don't believe this bug is exclusive to NA. Edit: Just watched a video of KDN PvP where the bug appeared.
