Cannot get Silver Hunter specialiation!! help!

i have tried abandoning quest, getting it again, abandoning it/restarting client, nothing works.

next part of the quest is to go talk to this archer trainer, but she has NOTHING for me to do, ive tried EVERY single option, talk, quest, training ground, gift etc.
