Loffy chest 30 hours of time played is glitched.

First time getting the loffy chest for the 30 hours log in and i managed to finished my 30 hours today but now I can't seem to claim my reward. All the counters are at 0 but it says M:10900
I tried getting logging in and out yet it still didn't work the same error message appears.

First of all the mission text only requests 30 minuets of log in time but requires 30 hours instead.

I have 2 of these boxes one finished and one still counting so kind of bothered that i'll end up loosing a potential 20k crystal points from this bug via expire...
