game freeze when accept/turn in quests

whenever i accepting dailies quests and some other side quests, my computer always freeze for like 10-40 seconds
this problem just happen recently

run game in windowed mode , and with vsync , then run the task manager during u acccepting those quests ,
u can see the causes , see whether processor or ram is running at a high rate
