Every time that I clear clear this dungeon in no time, the game crashes right before the dimensional bunny shows up... After crashing, I can't open the game anymore cause when I try to, it says "already running" so I have no choice but to restart my PC...

It could be due to corrupted game client.
You might want to try doing a clean re-installation of your game client.
Delete all dragon nest related files and folder before re-installing the game client from the website.
