Dailies bugged?

I recently capped two characters to 95 within the last 2 days. I started to do dailies on the first one I capped, and when I capped the second character I received no dailies. I completed my awakening quests, but I have not done the cerb nest quest. However I didn't do the nest quest on the other character either. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm missing a requirement. If anyone has any information i'd really appreciate it.

You wont get the dailies the same day you hit 95, have to wait until daily reset to start getting them.
As for Cerb, leaving and reentering town should pop a quest up in the middle of your screen. Or just talk to Frye and you should get 3 entry tickets in your mail
