Can’t go past 12 lvl Machina

Hi there. So this is my 4th time going through dungeon and again game crashed after I defeated that rock-y flying thing. What is going on and how can I prevent this? I thought this is because of my vpn but no, before 12 lvl everything was fine. I tried another character and everything was fine, don’t know about 12 level tho. What should I do?
