Disconnecting when entering farm portal, and West Gate from Saint Haven

Hello @ GMS,

Players are getting disconnected from game server when attempting to enter the farm portal and West Gate. I have harvested crops n farm storage that I cannot collect.
And cannot fish anymore for the Academic Missions Box.
Please fix ASAP.

I was getting this too and many of my guild mates also were. I sent in a ticket and their response was it being my ISP... I really don't think that's the cause honestly, but I took a screenshot of what they sent back to me.
I really need this fixed because I can't farm or fish for the box now.

They should really fix this. Its not just one or two players, it's everyone. @GM_Loren. It's going to be hard to complete the box missions this way.
