Champion's Pass not working as intended

As we can see from the image the pass is supposed to grant players with additional extra nest entries (besides dragons), an option to select 2 chests in the post dungeon screen, 5 extra ressurections, 50%xp and 1000ftg daily

but for whatever reason everything but the nest entries and the chest selection isnt working and yes my guildmate and i have already tried out of if the dungeon we grind at is one of the "exemptions".

Pleases look into this asap since its an item we actually have to pay real money to get.

I will provide video evidence of the chest selection + nest entries if needed (nest entries wont be available till next week since im out of runs)

Put it into list form because its easier that way.

we don't get 2 loot box choices.
we don't get bonus nest entry.
we get 1000bonus ftg/pwr
we get bonus exp
we get 5extra revives.

I also have the champion's pass and i don't receive these benefits.

It's pretty frustrating. I bought one as well to find that it doesn't so what it says and time is ticking down on it.

I am also having this issue, and as a paid service I believe we get some money back or free the some amount of time we bought once this is fixed. If it was free I wouldn't care, but I paid real money for this to work right, had no warning and no replies to my ticket. I have plenty of other things I can spend my money on that actually work.
