Description:
1. NPC shows it has quests on the mini map, but the NPC is not clickable. I've already tried Checking and Unchecking [Hide Quest Marker] in the Quest Log.
Actual result: NPC is not clickable and can't be talked to.
Expected result: NPC lets you talk to them.
Temporary Solution (work-around): None.

Video is just me trying to click on the npc to get the quests and showing that the quests are on the map.
