Reproduction steps:
1. Prior to the game patch on 10/27/16, craft a level 93 offensive or defensive crest, rare or epic grade.
2. Upon crafting the item, the item has no stats.
3. As of the patch on 10/27/16, the issue has been fixed for newly created crests. However, all crests crafted prior to 10/27/16 still do not have any stats on them.
Actual result: No stats on crafted level 93 offensive and defensive crests prior to 10/27/16 patch
Expected result: Stats should appear on crafted level 93 offensive and defensive crests prior to 10/27/16 patch
