Numerous Bugs/Concerns

1) 93 expedition plates crafted before the fix still have no stats.
2) War Mage Laser Ray bug is still here
3) Typhoon Kim HC Spacebar Mech- once in my run I got out of it but it kept sending me to the edge


Also please remove the need for pass for IDN 8 Man.
