    Hello, I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread! But anyways...

    I just attempted to send to send a ticket or in this case a 1:1 inquiry and it didn't work. I got a pop up stating "Submission failed. Please Contact Administrator." >.> Does anyone know how to contact support other than through the main site?

    I did log on into the main site before sending the inquiry and tried it without logging in also. Thanks!

    Edit: I attempted again today (11/03/16) since this post, still not working. Again, I am logged in on the main site.

    If it matters, I transferred over from Nexon, NA Servers.

    Hi Megitsune,

    you need to be logged in to the site to use the 1:1 Inquiry! (Top right of the site)

      Thank you for your reply Yaya, but like I stated above, I am logged in. I even signed out and back in multiple times. I just tried again a few seconds ago and it still the same thing. I also tried on different devices.
