93 LvL Increasing Expedition

So I wasn't aware of the bugged/glitched lvl 93 unique expedition crest before the Oct. update. I crafted the one I had and as it stands had no stats due to the bug. I was told that once the patch came that would fix it that it would get stats displayed on it even if it was already crafted. But as it is right now, it has no stats even after update. Will my plate ever have stats displayed? If not is there anything that can be done? I really want it to have stats Someone should help a brother out.
